Modern and spotlessly clean place to stay in, it has amazingly helpful staff with the service of all staff members. The location is perfect, in the restaurant whose mission in life was to feed us.

The rooms were neat and functional, it was clean and big venue. Remote location of this very good budget hotel was a bonus. Also, the area was very quite. Everything was perfect, yet a few employees were not particularly friendly. The breakfast had a good choice of great food and drinks.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the lovely girl in the bar provided excellent service. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get out of them in the morning. The breakfast was really good, with a plentiful and varied choice. The location was great, only a 2-minute walk away from the LDR and very close to city London airport. We found it handy to walk from the airport to the hotel, and we also enjoyed using the Emirates cable car instead of the tube. All in all, the hotel facilities, transportation options, and the staff's hospitality made our stay a memorable one.
All good.

Room very well equipped, large bathroom (with tub). Very comfortable bed. Coffee, tea in the room. Had a double room just for me, lots of space.
TV (again) no German channels. Airplanes from the neighboring City Airport thunder past the window (but completely calm at night).

Great location for the O2 Arena. Very pleasant staff. Great comfort, really good night's sleep with enough pillows!
As expected for a budget hotel minimal toiletries supplied in room, shower gel and hand soap only.

Was surprisingly quiet in the surrounding area which was a pleasant surprise. The train ride into Central London only took about 15 minutes. Will definately return.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the Excel. The location was brilliant, with easy access to central London and just a short walk from the Prince Regent DLR station. The staff were incredibly welcoming and very friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. I particularly appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities, and the bed was warm and cozy. The breakfast was also great, with a tasty selection of hot and cold options to choose from. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.

The room was a very good size. The Staff very friendly. Clean, Good food. I like that the front doors are locked at night and can only be opend with a door card Key.
I did not like the pillows used on the bed, they where very uncomfortable. Also would of liked the bathroom to have things like soap and a flannel.
